Terms of use

1. Who we are

The ENQuest app is offered by SYNRADX TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 55403248, Trade Register no. J2026049057009, with its registered office at Strada Zaharia Stancu 8, Bl. 4, Floor 6, Apt. 601, Brașov, Brașov County, Romania (“we”). Contact: vlad@synradx.com. By using the app, you accept these terms. What happens to data is explained in the privacy policy.

2. What the app is

An app for preparing for the Evaluarea Națională at the end of grade 8, in Mathematics and Romanian Language.
It is not an app of the Ministry of Education. The exercises are written by us, following the official exam format.
Grade estimates are indicative, not official grades. We do not guarantee any particular grade in the exam.
We work carefully on the content, but mistakes can slip in. If you find one, tap “Report question” („Raportează întrebarea”).

3. No account, data on the phone

The app has no accounts. Progress is stored on the phone, so you lose it if you delete the app or the profile, except for what your phone’s backup keeps. We cannot recover it.

4. Students and parents

The app is for grade 8 students. Premium plans are bought by an adult, from their own store account, and by buying, the adult accepts these terms on the student’s behalf as well.

5. Free access and Premium

Free: part of the content always stays free. Before you buy, the app shows what is free and what Premium unlocks.
Launch period: in the first week after launch, Premium is free for everyone, until the date shown in the app.
Free week: every new profile gets seven days of full access, without a card. For profiles created during the launch period, the seven days start after it ends.
Monthly: 29.99 lei a month, renewed automatically through the store until you cancel.
Until the exam („Până la examen”): 149 lei, a single payment, no renewal. It gives access until 31 July 2027, 23:59 (Romanian time); after that date it is no longer sold.
The final price is the one the store shows before you confirm the payment.
After Premium, you keep the stars, items, achievements, pages and results you earned.
Without internet, Premium stays active for up to 7 days after the last successful check with the store. The next time you connect, the app checks again. Progress is not lost.
Restoring: the “Restore purchases” button („Restaurează cumpărăturile”), with the same store account you paid with.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from your store account. Access remains until the end of the paid month.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
If you have “Until the exam” and the monthly plan is still active, cancel the monthly plan so that you do not pay twice.
Refunds are requested through the store you bought from, under its rules. If you write to us at vlad@synradx.com, we will help you with the steps.
Your right of withdrawal and your other rights under consumer law are not affected.

7. Using the app

The app is for personal, non-commercial use.
Do not copy, sell or publish the exercises, texts, images or sounds from the app without our permission.
Literary texts and sounds under free licences remain their authors’ (Settings → About → Licences; Setări → Despre → Licențe).
Do not try to bypass Premium or to modify the app.

8. Liability

We do everything we can for the app to work well and for the exercises to be correct. Within the limits of the law, we are not liable for indirect damage, for example a lower grade than the one estimated. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. We announce important changes in the app before they apply. A price change for the subscription is applied by the store, which notifies you and asks for your consent where the law requires it.

10. Law and complaints

Romanian law applies. If you have a complaint, write to us first at vlad@synradx.com. You can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or the competent courts in Romania.
